Shipping information

Every Bongo ball on this site ships in 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after we hand the package to the carrier.

Order shipping time

In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day plus the handling window above.

Delivery method

Packages typically ship with USPS or a comparable parcel carrier. You receive tracking by email when the label is created.

Freight and delivery area

Standard shipping is $4.99 per order to the contiguous United States. Shipping is free on orders over $35. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Freight description

Toys ship in a padded mailer or small carton. Multiple balls in one order usually go in a single package. We do not offer overnight or same-day delivery.
