If you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address so we can fulfill the order. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

• To ship Bongo balls and send order updates
• To answer questions sent through Contact
• To keep the store working and secure

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Shipping carriers and payment processors (when payment is added) receive only what they need to complete an order. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, and tax records. Contact messages are kept long enough to respond and follow up.
