Return policy

You can return an unused Bongo ball within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Return conditions

• The toy must be unused, in original condition, and in a clean bag or box
• Include your order number and email
• Opened treat balls that show chew marks, saliva, or stuffing residue cannot be resold and are not returnable unless the item arrived damaged

How to start a return

Email hello@bongo.store with your order number. We will send the return address and confirm whether the item qualifies.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the toy arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service. Bongo is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The product price is refunded; original outbound shipping is refunded only when we made an error or the item was damaged on arrival.
